Sarah Bishop-Stone

Sarah Bishop-Stone (she/her) is producer, curator, and nurturer of the performing arts, and works as a community-builder, facilitator, and political organizer. In 2019, she established Trade School, a festival platform designed to connect artists in Philadelphia with artists in other cities, and strengthen networks for self-producing and dissemination of work. She has held programming roles at Bryn Mawr College's Performing Arts Series, FringeArts, and Montclair State University's Peak Performances, and in 2022 helped to flip the Pennsylvania State House to Democratic control. Sarah has a BA in English from Columbia University, and an MFA in Dramaturgy and Dramatic Criticism from Yale School of Drama. A born-and-raised Philadelphian, Sarah now lives in South Philly.
